Westcor, the premier shopping center developer in Arizona, commissioned K2 Design to design five office lobbies in Kierland Commons. Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons was a two-phase 84-luxury condominium project built over a span of five years. It included townhouses, a nine-story tower and large expanses of outdoor space including pool, hot tub, water feature and outdoor living areas.

K2 Design was in charge of selecting finishes, furniture and equipment for the condominiums, and furniture and finishes for the lobbies, community rooms and outdoor spaces. Collaborating with clients, we made their vision a reality. The individual units had a large selection of coordinating, contemporary finishes that reflect the most current design trends in an easy care format.
